Ingredients

  1. 8 ozwhole wheat pasta
  2. 1/4 cuplow fat mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cupplain fat free or low fat yogurt
  4. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tspbalsamic vinegar
  6. 2 can6 oz. solid white tuna packed in water; drained
  7. 4 largecelery stalks
  8. 6 ozcherry tomatoes -quartered
  9. 2/3 cupfrozen peas...thawed
  10. 2 tbspminced red onion
  11. 1salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    cook pasta according to package directions until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar in a small mixing bowl. season to taste w salt and pepper. place tuna in a large mixing bowl and break into small pieces. add pasta, celery, tomatoes, peas, and onion; stir to combine. Add dressing and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
