250 gramscream cheese (Philadelphia type)
200 gramsgood Feta cheese
20 gramsfinely torn basil leaves
1 clovegarlic, crushed
60 mlolive oil
10large queen or 15 kalamata olives,pitted and chopped
1good pinch fresh cracked pepper

Mash the two cheeses and olive oil together,consistency of your choice

Add all other ingredients and fold in

I serve these either in large gently fried mushrooms or with a grilled crusty bread or jacket potatoes.

This makes about 500 grams.
