Steps

Flatten all patra leaves from back.

Mix besan with tamarind, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix it add little oil and water and make thick batter.

Spread this batter on back of the leaf. Do it on all leaves. Place all on each other and tight roll it.

Cook it in steamer for 10 mins. Cut it into 1 inch slices. And shallow fry it.
