Homemade Ham Spread

I got this recipe from my mom. She finds a meat/food grinder works best so it's what I use too, but I'm sure you could use a food processor too. You would just have to do each item individually and pulse until they're tiny pieces. You really do need a large bowl because this makes more than you think. Will keep for a few days in the fridge. So good on crackers and as sandwiches.

Steps
- 1
Set up your meat grinder for a coarse grind with a large bowl positioned underneath. Make sure all ingredients are very cold.
- 2
Feed all ingredients, except miracle whip and mustard, through grinder in the order they are listed.
- 3
Add miracle whip and mustard to bowl (start with 1/2 cup Miracle Whip, adding more to taste as desired). Stir until well blended. Refrigerate in an air tight container. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving. Enjoy!
