Ingredients

1 cupMultigrain flour
1/2 cupoats
1 cupcurd
1/3 cupoil
3/4 cup(vegetables onion, tomato beans sprout green chilli, capsicum)
coriander leaves
1tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspturmeric powder
to tastesalt

Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.add baking powder and baking soda. mix again. now grease the muffin cup and pour this batter 3/4 cup.

Bake in a microwave for 3-4 minutes. Time is adjusted according to the quantity.

Eat with any chutney. it is tasty without any chutney
