Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

Mix the parmesan cheese, meat, egg, salt, and garlic. Press into a muffin pan forming a crust. Add just enuff dehydrated onions to cover bottom of craters.

Beat the eggs. Mix with cheese and baking powder. Fill each crust with cheesy mix.

Bake in oven 30 minutes let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
