  • cherry tomatoes
  • onion, chopped
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • dried oregano
  • olive oil, extra virgin
  • white wine vinegar
  • salt

    Slice the peppers, onion and tomatoes.

    Add all the ingredients together.

    Mix well. Ensure the salad is to your taste if not add more seasoning.
