#Healthy junior Egg is a good quality protein. So here I have stuffed egg Bhurji. Adding Tomato puree gives an appealing effect to the taste buds of kids.
Steps

Blend Tomatoes with very little water

Add 1 tsp water to the grated Beetroot and squeeze out the juice.

Take the flour, add all masala mentioned above. Add Beetroot juice.

Add Sesame seeds, Coriander leaves and oil.

Mix well. Now gradually add Tomato puree and knead the flour.

For Bhurji. Heat oil in a Pan. Add chopped onions.

Saute. Add onion, garlic and all masala. After onions gets sauted add Beaten eggs.

Let the eggs get cooked well. Let the Bhurji dry as we have to stuff it.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Turn the flame off and let the mixture cool.

Add grated Cheese.

Make lemon size stuffing balls.

Roll the Roti from Tomato and Beetroot dough.

Stuff with prepared Egg Bhurji.

Roll Paratha carefully. Heat a nonstick griddle and roast your Paratha by applying butter / oil on both the sides.

Your delicious stuffed Paratha is ready to serve.

Give your kids with curd / raita and chopped boiled egg.

You can also serve a glass of lime juice with it.
