These are great for a quick side, and super tasty! Leftovers reheat really well also.

Cook bacon in a skillet, drain on paper towel. Chop.

Drain grease from your pan, but don't wash. Add onions, cook about 3 min, add garlic, cook another 2 min.

Add garbanzo beans, with all the liquid. Turn heat to low, add chicken boullion, salt, pepper, cream cheese. Cover and Cook for about 15 min, stirring occasionally.

To serve, top with tomatoes and bacon.
