Ingredients

  1. Brine------------
  2. 15 ouncedistilled white vinegar
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tablespoonskosher salt
  5. 4 ounceswater
  6. In the jar------------
  7. 6 cupssliced cucumbers
  8. 1large sweet onion sliced
  9. 1-1/4 teaspoonminced garlic
  10. 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  11. 3 leafBay leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the brine and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    Wash the cucumbers well and slice

  3. 3

    Slice the onion and add the Cucumber and onion to the jar

    Add teaspoon kosher salt, garlic, and bay leaves. Pour the brine on top.

    Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
