Ingredients

2 tspcanola oil
3 dashoregano
4 smallidaho potatoes
2 pinchground black pepper
garlic powder

Steps

1

Wash and then Cut up potatoes in shape preferred (I did cubes)
2

Mix in all ingredients except garlic powder
3

Bake at 450 for 20-30 mins
4

When finished sprinkle with garlic powder :-) (sorry for crap quality picture)
