Been trying gnocchi using instead of rice & spaghetti and came up with this. I used wet mozzarella this time but grated is fantastic. You can eat this all to yourself or for 2 as a side dish. Very filling and satisfying

  1. 250 gramsgnocchi
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 1pepper of your choice I used yellow. De seeded and sliced
  4. 400 gramstin chopped tomatoes
  5. 60 gramsgrated mozzarella
  6. ground black pepper
  7. 1/4 tsponion powder
  8. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1/4 tspdried basil

  1. 1

    Mix black pepper, basil, onion powder and garlic granules in a bowl.

    Put gnocchi, onion & pepper in

    Add chopped tomatoes and mix together ensuring all gnocchi is covered.

    Add cheese and mix

    Put lid on and put in oven at 180° for 40 minutes
