  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 1 clovegarlic crushed
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 400 gramscan of chopped tomatoes
  5. 1/2vegetable stock cube crushed
  6. 1 tbsptomato puree
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. basil leaves

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Add oil to pan. Then add garlic to pan and gently fry for one minute

  2. 2

    Add everything except basil and bring to the boil.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins uncovered, stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Tear the basil leaves and stir Iinto sauce
