Ingredients

  1. 1 envelopeDry yeast
  2. 1/2 cupwarm water
  3. 1 tbspSugar
  4. 1 cupWarm water
  5. 5 tbspOlive oil
  6. 2 tbspSugar
  7. 3 1/2 cupFlour (White)
  8. 2 tbspRosemary

  1. 1

    Mix the first 3 ingredients together, and let sit for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Then add all other ingredients (only 2 1/2 cups of the flour) in order to the bowl with the earlier mix. Now mix with spatula.

  3. 3

    If the dough is still sticky, add some more flour, the last cup gradually till the dough don't sticky.

  4. 4

    knead well, then put in a form greased with olive oil and garnish with olives. let stand for 90 min and bake for 30 min in oven 350°F

These were delicious. I added a tsp salt to the dough and had to flour my counter very liberally because my dough was still very sticky, but it turned out great. Used it for breadsticks. Yum!
