Ingredients

  1. "Filling"
  2. 1 cupspinach
  3. 4eggs
  4. 2 tbspmilk
  5. 1 1/2 cupshredded cheese
  6. 3 slicebacon/turkey bacon
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. "Crust"
  10. 1 1/4 cupflour
  11. 8 tbspbutter
  12. 1 tbspsugar
  13. 1/4 tspsalt
  14. 4 tbspwater

    Combine flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix in butter as well as you can with the flour

  3. 3

    Add water. Mix until until it becomes like dough, you might need to add a little more water to make it more smooth or add more flour if it is too runny.

  4. 4

    Roll into ball and roll out with a pin.

  5. 5

    Line a round glass baking dish with the crust.

  6. 6

    Preheat the oven to 375°F

  7. 7

    In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper

  8. 8

    Crumble cooked bacon into egg mixture.

  9. 9

    Line the bottom of the pie crust with a layer of shredded cheese.

  10. 10

    Add some of the spinach on top of the cheese.

  11. 11

    Continue with cheese/spinach layer until you are done (Leave some cheese for the top!)

  12. 12

    Pour egg mixture over the top.

  13. 13

    Sprinkle remainder of cheese and pop in the oven!

  14. 14

    Bake for 45 minutes or until fork slides out with no residue.
