Ingredients

  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupflour
  • 3eggs
  • 3/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3/4 tsppepper
  • 2 boxfrozen spinach (10 ounces each), thawed thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 lbfresh mozarella, cut into small cubes, divided
  • 1 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Use butter to grease 9 X 13" pan.

  3. 3

    In large bowl, whisk together milk, flour, eggs, and seasonings.

  4. 4

    Add spinach and 3/4 of cheese. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  5. 5

    Bake 45 minutes or until golden.
