Ingredients

12 servings
  1. graham cracker crust
  2. 8graham crackers
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 2 1/2 tbspbutter
  5. white choco, cheesecake
  6. 2 packages8.oz creamcheese
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1 boxhershey's white chocolate pudding 3.56oz
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cupwhite chocolate morsels
  11. 2 largeeggs
  12. 1/2 cupmilk
  13. decorations
  14. 2/3 cupcoconut flakes
  15. 7drops of green color dye
  16. 36egg shaped chocolate eggs

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven at 325 °F

  2. 2

    in a food processor ,add graham crackers,sugar and butter , pulse 8 times or till crumbly. line muffin pan with cupcake sheet liners. takes, about 1/2 tablespoon graham crumble in to each liner, press into bottom liner.

    in a mixer, beat the creamcheese till creamy, add sugar , vanilla , mix till combin add one egg at a time till mixed add milk and the box of pudding, mix till smooth. add white chocolate morsels, stir them in ( dont use mixer to mix white choc ,morsels.

    with a regular ice cream scoop.scoop over crust,

    bake for 30 minutes, take out of oven let cool completely, then put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes.top eack cupcake with colored coconut flakes and top with 3 easter chocolate eggs.

    keep in refrigerator till ready to sever ...enjoy ..
