Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked white rice
  2. 1/2ground sausage
  3. 1/4onion, chopped
  4. 3/4fresh spinach
  5. dashseason salt
  6. red crush pepper
  7. cupshredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1/3vegetable oil

  1. 1

    In a medium skillet start cooking the ground sausage on medium high with the oil

  2. 2

    When that's half way done add the onions if you have peppers add it

  3. 3

    When the onions and sausage are completely cooked fold in the spinach

  4. 4

    This is the point where you add the red crush peppers and season salt cook till the spinach looks semi wilted

  5. 5

    Add the leftover rice you had in your fridge

  6. 6

    Keep cooking until the rice is heated evenly than add cheese

  7. 7

    Remove from heat and plate. You can use it as a side dish or eat it for breakfast
