Ingredients

  1. 1 smallbell pepper, chopped
  2. 1 smallonion, chopped
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 1 cancream of chicken
  6. 1 cancream of mushroom
  7. 1 canrotel, your choice spicyness
  8. 1 packages(family size pak) pre-seasoned chicken fajita meat
  9. 1/2 packagesqueso blanco velveta cheese
  10. spaghetti, cooked
  11. seasoned panko crumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook chicken in oven until done as desired.

    In small saucepan, sauté bell peppers & onions in olive oil and butter until soft.

  3. 3

    Add in soups & rotel and stir to mix. Cut up cooked chicken into bite sized pieces and add to soup mixture. Melt in cheese.

    Mix in cooked spaghetti and pour into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle top with panko crumbs and bake at 375°F for about 12-15 minutes until crumbs browned.

Delicious! I used rotisserie chicken, but this is the best chicken spaghetti recipe!
