  1. 1 lbground pork
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1 1/2 ozwasabi paste
  4. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 1egg
  6. 2 tbspground ginger
  7. 2 tbsponion powder
  8. 2 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  9. 1 tbspground celery seed
  10. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  11. 1 tbspdried basil
  12. 2 tspground mustard
  13. 1 1/2 cuphoisin sauce
  14. 1 cupgrape jelly
  15. 1/2 cupketchup
  16. 1salt and white pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine jelly, hoisin, and ketchup. Reduce by 1/4.

  2. 2

    Combine all remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Form small meat balls. Roast at 350° for approximately 20-25 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°

  3. 3

    Variations; parsley, thyme, sesame oil, soy sauce, rosemary
