Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground sausage, mild or hot
  2. 1 can15.8 oz Bush's Black Eyed Peas, undrained
  3. 1 can10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  4. 2 cupcooked rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown sausage in a large skillet, drain.

  2. 2

    Add black eyed peas, tomato and chilies, and rice to sausage. Simmer for ten minutes or until hot.

  3. 3

    You can put hot sauce on top if you like. Serve with greens and cornbread.
