Ingredients

18 servings
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 1 packagesof frozen spinach
  • 3/4of a package cream cheese
  • 1 tbspgarlic plus
  • 1/3 cupgranted parmesan cheese
  • 18mushroom caps

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook spinach according to the package and squeeze dry.

  2. 2

    Chop onions and carmalize them in a pan.

  3. 3

    Soften cream cheese.

  4. 4

    Wash the mushroom caps and remove the stems.

  5. 5

    Once everything is ready mix all together adding the garlic plus and the parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

    Once it is all mixed put inside the mushroom cups.

  7. 7

    Put on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven at 350 for ten minutes.
