Ingredients

12 servings
  • roast
  • 4 1/2 lbpork roast
  • 1 gallonwater
  • 4 largeonions sliced
  • spices
  • 6bay leaf
  • 1 tbspturmeric
  • 1 tspground schezwan
  • 1 1/2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsppink Himalayan salt
  • 3/4 cupchives
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 tbspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the pork in a deep pot. Add water Add spices and onions. Over bring to a boil let cook 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Put all the juices, roast, and spices in the refrigerator 2 days.

    After two day put on to cook on low heat. Cook for 3 -1/2 hours. Bring to a boil mix water and cornstarch. Add to pork broth will thicken a bit, serve, hope you enjoy!
