Add 100g flour, water, and packet of yeast (try half packet next time). Stir up and let sit in bowl for 1.5 hours.

Now add the 1lb of flour, 1 cup (and an extra splash) of milk, 40g melted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Kneed the dough and then let sit covered for another 1.5 hours

Bring 6 cups of water to near boiling with 60g baking soda. Morph dough into desired shape and let air dry for about 5-10 min.

Dunk dough shapes in water/baking soda mixture and flip on both sides. (Maybe try a mixture of just one side). Then place on stove or pan with oil ready for oven

Bake At 425°F until dark brown (about 10-15 min). Enjoy!
