Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tbspbutter
  2. 2 cupfresh green/string beans
  3. 1 cupbutton mushrooms quartered
  4. 1/2 cupmini scallops
  5. 1sea salt (to taste)
  6. 1 tspchili flakes
  7. 1lemon juice from 1/2 lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in medium-high heat pan and add mushrooms. Cook 3 min

  2. 2

    Push mushrooms aside in pan and add scallops. Cook until light golden (they will cook through in the center as we move along)

  3. 3

    Add sea salt and chili flakes

  4. 4

    Add green beans and stir together couple min to incorporate everything

  5. 5

    Splash lemon juice in to create steam and cover pan quickly (trapping steam in) turn heat down to medium heat

  6. 6

    Cook green beans in lemony steam until beans are cooked but still crunchy (about 4-5min)

  7. 7

    ENJOY 🙆
