First prepare dough. For that mix maida and rava together and add warm water in it. At same time add soda in it and make stiff dough of it.

Now knead this dough till it become soft. If its difficult take a help of oil and wet hands with water. Rest it again for 10 min

Now take mash potato in one bowl. Add chaat masala, chopped garlic, onion, and fried matar in it. Add little green chillies if you like. Mix it and at last add salt to taste.

Now to make kachori just take small ball of dough. Flatten it in palms. Add 1 tbsp stuffing in it. And close puri. Now just with gentle hand press it. No need to use rolling pin. And then put it into hot oil and cook it on low and medium flame. Cook it till it become nice golden.

Now burst open a kachori. Pour sweet curd in it with sweet tamrind chutney. Garnish it with bundhi,sev and coriander
