2 servings
  • 1/3 lbground meat
  • 2 largeeggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsppicked jalapeño peppers
  • 1salt
  • 1ground black pepper
  • 1 pinchgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the meat add peppers. Add a little juice from the jalapeños to the meat.

  2. 2

    Add garlic.

  3. 3

    In the same pan add the eggs. Here you hae many choices. Scramble, fried, or sunny side up on the eggs.

    Add the salt and pepper to the meat and eggs. Serve I hope you enjoy!
