Heat oil in kadhai and add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and saute it. The. Add coriander and curry leaves and fry it.

Sauté onion and let it get golden brown. Add tomato and let it get mushy. Then add all spices and mutton and mix it. Add little stock if available lr just add 1/2 cup water and salt and cook it till all water evaporates and oil gets on surface.
