Steps

First boil noodles in salt water and 1 tsp of oil first and once drain water from it. And let it get cool.

Till then heat oil in pan and add all sauces and spices in it. With 1 tbsp of water. Add sugar when all water dries. And take it out off flame and add spring onion.

Now take cornflour in hand and gently rub it on noodle. Make sure every part of noodle is cover with cornflour. And deep fry it in hot oil and once it become golden and crispy take it on tissue paper to get rid of excess oil.

Now gently break noodles and add it in onion cabbage and tomato and repidly add above sauce and toss it amd serve it. Eat instantly.
