#dussehra Very quick and sweet recipe for lump free melt in your mouth

Heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast cashews and raisins. Turn golden brown keep aside

In the same ghee roast rava. Roast on low flame. till it turns aromatic.

Add 1 cup Hot water.Stir continuously till the rava absorbs water and no lumps are formed.

Add sugar keeping the flame on low, stir well till the sugar dissolves. Add 2 tnsn saffron water or orange food colour.

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Additionally add roasted cashews, raisins, Elachi powder and mix well till the rava kesari separates from pan.

Serve rava kesari hot or cool.Garnish with almond.
