Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsChicken liver
  2. 100 gramsground chicken
  3. 500 gramscrushed tomatoes
  4. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  5. 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  6. 100 gramsmushroom
  7. 1 piecechicken broth (cube)
  8. 1salt
  9. 1black pepper
  10. 1 tspsambal oelek
  11. 1/2 tbspvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a large pot. Add onion, garlic and mushroom. Cook until translucent.

  2. 2

    Chop the liver finely. Add liver and ground chicken to pot.

  3. 3

    When the meat is fully cooked add crushed tomatoes, broth, sambal and spices. Let cook for up to an hour until stew has reduced and thickened.

    Serve over pasta, rice or zucchini noodles.
