Pour into 1 frozen unbaked pie crust.

Bake in preheated 225c oven 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180c, bake 40 minutes longer. Test if done by inserting a knife in centre of pie if blade comes out clean the pie is ready to remove from oven.

Cool completely. Serve with vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream.
