Ingredients

2 hours
  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 3 1/2 cupselfraising flour
  3. 2 tbspsyrup
  4. 1 tbspcinnamon
  5. 1/2 cupsoft butter
  6. 1egg lightly beaten
  7. 1glaze
  8. 3 cuppowdered sugar
  9. 1 tbspmelted butter
  10. 1 tbspcinnamon
  11. 1 tspvanilla
  12. 3 tbspmilk
  13. 1filling
  14. 4 tbspsoft butter
  15. 4 tbspcinnamon
  16. 2 tbspsugar
  17. heat
  18. 1heat to 110 degrees
  19. 1 cupmilk
  20. 1/4 cupsugar
  21. 1/4 cupbutter
  22. 2 1/4 tspadd after milk is off heat active dry yeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix 1 cup milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan heat to 110°F take off heat add yeast

  2. 2

    Mix in big bowl 1 cup sugar 3 1/2 cup flour 2 tablespoons syrup 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 cup soft butter 1 egg beaten all together

  3. 3

    Mix #2 with #1 let set 1 hour

  4. 4

    While your dough sets mix all glaze ingredients together and set in refrigerator till uglies are done

  5. 5

    Pre heat oven to 375

  6. 6

    After dough has set roll it out and spread the filling all over it and roll it up and pinch off a little and place on pan do that till dough is gone they are not suppose to be perfect hints the name cinnamon uglies

  7. 7

    When done pour glaze over them
