Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchana daal (soaked for 4 to 5 hour)
  2. 1 tbsprice flour
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic and chilli paste
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 cupOil
  6. 1 pinchsoda

Cooking Instructions

    Crush chana daal into mixture.

    Take daal into a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add rice flour and ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Add salt and pinch of soda.

  5. 5

    Mix well.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan and add spoonful batter in to hot oil.

  7. 7

    Fry till crispy and golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve hot with besan chutney, onion and green chilli.
