Serves 4 servings
  • 5nopales (cactus paddles)
  • 1small onion
  • 1 tablespoonoregano
  • 14 ouncesbeef fajita strips (about 400 grams)
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion and cut the nopales into strips.

  2. 2

    Sauté the onion and nopales in olive oil. Add oregano and salt to taste.
