Noodle, fried eggs and Suya

Jane E
Jane E @Janie_19

Two nights ago after shopping at the neighbourhood store as I walked home I suddenly smelt the most mesmerizing aroma of roasted cow meat or Suya as it is popularly called in Nigeria. I found myself stopping and asking the Mallam(seller) to give me a piece to taste. I got stuck with the sweet taste and immediately ordered 300 naira worth of it. Immediately i got home I took one pack of indomine noodles and two eggs and cooked up this goodness.
