Boil potato and sweet corn separately.if you boil in a cooker, potato requires 2 whistles. & 6 whistles for sweet corn. Allow it to a cool. Then grind corn in a mixer. Peel off the skin of potato and smash. Mix potato and sweet corn. Make a paste of green chillies, jeera and salt & add to it. Add garam masala powder, coriander powder.

Mix it well and prepare balls and little flatten it, roll on sooji or semolina. make cutlet on heated tava. Put little oil, & cook both sides on low flame till it becomes little golden brown. Then serve hot with tomoto sauce.
