I created this recipe to use up partial packages of ingredients I had in the cupboard. In most cases, the measurements are just what I had left in the package so there is no scientific formula to this recipe.

Ingredients

2 cupoats
1/2 cupchocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
1/2 cupdried fruit (ex. craisins or blueberries)
1/4 cupchocolate protein powder
1/4 cupground flaxseed
1 cupraw sunflower seeds
2/3 cuphoney
2 tspvanilla
1 cuppeanut butter

Steps

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.

Use cookie scoop or spoon to scoop out enough to make 1 inch balls. Roll into spheres.

Place onto wax or parchment paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
