Ingredients

  • 1 packagesspaghetti
  • 1onion
  • 1garlic clove
  • 5 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspsour cream
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 150 gramsliquid cream (for example 10%)
  • 1salt
  • 1chili powder
  • 1mace spice
  • 1ginger (any type)
  • 1oregano spice
  • 1cardamon
  • 1 tbspflour

    Put pasta into boiling water and after it's ready pour the water, we don't need it.

  2. 2

    By the time pasta is being prepared make the sauce separately.

  3. 3

    Sauce: Fry very small cut onion and minced garlic until they become pink.

  4. 4

    Make fire lower and add sour creme, tomato paste, creme, salt and all the spices.

  5. 5

    Mix all the time. After it starts boiling, separately mix the flour with cold 100 gram water and add to the boiling mass.

  6. 6

    After 2 more minutes join the sauce with pasta and mix. Or just add the sauce on the pasta on the plate before serving.
