1 lbGround Beef ( 93/7 )
1 tbspGround Cumin
1 tbspTumeric
2 tbspGarlic
1 tspSalt
1 tspPepper
1 tspItalian Seasoning
2 dashCayenne Powder
1 tbspChili Powder
1 canBlack Beans
1 canKidney Beans ( Light )
1 canKidney Beans ( Dark )
1 canPinto Beans
1 eachBell Pepper ( whatever color you like! )
1 eachCarrot - shredded
1 cupGround Flax Seed
1 eachDiced Red Onion ( whatever kind you like )
1 packagesHillshire Farms Beef Sausage
1/2 cupWater

Steps

20 mins

Spray a good coat of no-stick spray inside your crock pot.

Cook beef with seasonings until no longer pink and add to crock pot.

Cook sausage and add to crock pot.

Dice all veggies and add to crock pot.

Add all cans of beans, flax and water to crock pot.

Cook on low for 6 hours!
