  • 2 tbspGarlic
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 1 tspItalian Seasoning
  • 2 dashCayenne Powder
  • 1 tbspChili Powder
  • 1 canBlack Beans
  • 1 canKidney Beans ( Light )
  • 1 canKidney Beans ( Dark )
  • 1 canPinto Beans
  • 1 eachBell Pepper ( whatever color you like! )
  • 1 eachCarrot - shredded
  • 1 cupGround Flax Seed
  • 1 eachDiced Red Onion ( whatever kind you like )
  • 1 packagesHillshire Farms Beef Sausage
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Spray a good coat of no-stick spray inside your crock pot.

  2. 2

    Cook beef with seasonings until no longer pink and add to crock pot.

  3. 3

    Cook sausage and add to crock pot.

  4. 4

    Dice all veggies and add to crock pot.

  5. 5

    Add all cans of beans, flax and water to crock pot.

  6. 6

    Cook on low for 6 hours!
