1 tspground cinnamon

frosting
200 gramscream cheese
100 gramsbutter

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Melt butter. Cream to together butter and sugar.

Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Do not add the apples yet.

Peel the apples and cut in small pieces. Add to the mixture now and mix with a spoon gently.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

Beat together frosting ingredients.

Frost cake when it's still warm.

Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles if you want to.
