Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 1/2 cupgreek yogurt
  • 3 cupself rising flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Combine flour and salt whisk and form a well.

  2. 2

    Add yogurt in well and mix with fork until dough forms. Add more flour if needed.

  3. 3

    Roll out on floured surface 1/2" thick and cut with a biscut cutter.

  4. 4

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Brush with butter (optional). Enjoy !
