Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmaida
  • 1/4 cuprawa
  • 100 gmmawa
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 2 tbspmalai
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspfennel powder
  • 1 cupdesi ghee for frying
  • 2 cupsugar syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except ghee and sugar syrup.

  2. 2

    In a flat shape pan add ghee and heat it.

  3. 3

    Now make Malaipuri with the help of big spoon.

  4. 4

    Fry both sides.

  5. 5

    Now dip in sugar syrup for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Our malaipura is ready to serve.
