Ingredients

  • 4chicken thighs (cut in pieces)
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 1/2 tbspadobo (to season the chicken)
  • 1 canmixed vegetables
  • 1/2red onion
  • 1 pinchitalian seasoning
  • 1 dasholive oil
  • 1 pinchdry basil
  • 1 cantomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the thighs with adobo. Heat the olive oil and cook the thighs.

  2. 2

    Add the onion and cooked them till tender.

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables, honey, basil, italian seasoning and tomato sauce. And let it simmer for about 8 minutes...Enjoy
