Ingredients

  1. 4chicken thighs (cut in pieces)
  2. 2 tbsphoney
  3. 1 1/2 tbspadobo (to season the chicken)
  4. 1 canmixed vegetables
  5. 1/2red onion
  6. 1 pinchitalian seasoning
  7. 1 dasholive oil
  8. 1 pinchdry basil
  9. 1 cantomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the thighs with adobo. Heat the olive oil and cook the thighs.

  2. 2

    Add the onion and cooked them till tender.

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables, honey, basil, italian seasoning and tomato sauce. And let it simmer for about 8 minutes...Enjoy
