Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 headcauliflower
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1/4 cupdiced onion
  • 1/4 cupsweet relish
  • 3 eachchopped boiled eggs
  • 1/4 eachgreen bell pepper
  • 1/2 tspyellow mustard
  • 1/2 cupmiracle whip thinned with a little milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cauliflower into nice bite size pieces

  2. 2

    Add to boiling water, cook until tender and drain

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper, then stir in onion, sweet relish,green pepper and eggs

  4. 4

    Stir in the thinned miracle whip and mustard

  5. 5

    Chill and serve
