Pour your flour into a bowl, make a well in the center and add your other ingredients; mix properly till it forms a ball.

Transfer to a floured surface and knead till smooth and elastic (about 8-10 mins). Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 30 mins.

After 30 mins, transfer the dough back to the floured surface, roll out really thinly and cut into strips.

Cook the strips in salted boiling water for about 5mins. Drain and serve!
