Ingredients

  • 1 eachlarge cucumber , mandolin into "noodles"
  • 1 eachlarge carrot, mandolin into "noodles"
  • 1/4 eachgreen bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 4 eachradishes, chopped fine
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 clovegarlic, pressed
  • 1 tbspsriaracha sauce
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1/2 eachlime, juice and zest
  • 2 tbspCilantro chopped fine

Steps

  1. 1

    Run your cucumber and carrot through a mandolin to make "noodles"

  2. 2

    Chop fine your bell pepper and radishes

  3. 3

    Combine all vegetables

  4. 4

    Mix together your garlic, soy sauce, sriaracha sauce, lime, cilantro and honey to make a dressing

  5. 5

    Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Serve cold or room temperature.
