1 lbsausage
2 cuphalf n half
1butter or cooking spray
1 tspdry mustard
1/2 tspsalt
1 pinchpepper
1 dashHot sauce
6eggs
1 1/2 cupcooked red potatoes (sliced)
2 cupcheddar Monterey mix

Cube bread and put in bottom of greased pan

Brown and drain sausage

mix hot sauce, half n half, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and eggs

layer sausage over bread
5

pour mix over top of sausage and bread
6

cover with sliced potatoes and then cheese
7

cover and refrigerate over night
8

bake @ 350 for about 30 min or center is firm
