Make fine paste with ingredients mentioned in stuffing. And fill it in pomfret. Incase using fish slice(shown above) just cover fish with it. And marinate it for 10 minutes.

After that cover pomfret with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and salt and turmeric. And again keep it for 30 minutes. For slices just add lemon and turmeric over it and mix it.

After that coat both fish in rava rice flour coating. And shallow fry it on iron pan. Cook it on one side first then flip it. Cook both side to golden.
