Healthy Paneer Pulav with Mixed vegetables.
Steps

Soak rice for 30 minutes.

Chop all the veggies
- 3
Heat Cooker, add oil, hing and jeera
- 4
Add onions and fry till light brown in colour
- 5
Add all the spices tomatoes and vegetables.

Mix well and add 1 glass water.
- 7
When the water boils add rice.

Close the cooker lid for 5- 7 minutes till 2 whistles.

Garnish with chopped Coriander and add lemon juice and serve Piping hot with curd
